हम सभी मनुष्य हैं। यह बात हम सब जानते हैं। हम संसार के सबसे बुद्धिजीवी माने जाते हैं। मनुष्य को ईश्वर ने बनाया यह बात सत्य है क्योंकि प्रगति ने हमें जीवन यापन करने के लिए साधन उपलब्ध कराएं। हमने उस प्रगति का विनाश कर दिया। हमने प्रगतिक संसाधनों का अत्यधिक दोहन करके उनका विनाश कर दिया। प्रगति को हमने जितना नुकसान पहुंचाया है, शायद ही आज तक किसी मनुष्य ने पहुंचाया होगा। प्रति अपना कार्य करती है कुछ उसके नियम में हमने और नियमों को नहीं माना तो प्रगति ने विनाश का मुखिया सुनामी महामारी जैसी आपदाएं सदैव से ही मानव जाति के विनाश का कारण रही है। बड़ी-बड़ी सभ्यताओं का विनाश का एकमात्र कारण है कि प्रकृति का दोहन हमें तो इतना दोहन किया है कि प्रगति हमें बिल्कुल नहीं माफ करने वाली अगर हम चाहते हैं कि प्रगति? का संतुलन बनाए रखना है तो हमने सभी देशों को मिलकर इस के पद पर विचार विमर्श करना होगा। आज विश्व का प्रत्येक देश प्रगति का अत्यधिक दोहन कर रहा है। हमें इसे रोकना होगा तभी मानव जाति का भविष्य सुरक्षित रह पाएगा।मनुष्य ने पति को इतना नुकसान पहुंचाया है कि हम उसकी कल्पना भी नहीं कर सकती। ग्लोबल वॉर्मिंग आज की विश्व की सबसे बड़ी समस्या है। अगर इस पर समय पर ध्यान नहीं दिया गया तो हम सब कुछ खो देंगे। महामारी से मनुष्य की मृत्यु होती जा रही है। कार्बेट जैसी महामारी या दुनिया में फैलती जा रही है जिसका कोई अभी तक इलाज नहीं है। अगर हम सब ने मिलकर इस पर ध्यान नहीं दिया तो हम सब खत्म हो जाएंगे। हम चाहते हैं विश्व में शांति सम्मेलन नाना विश्व में शांति लाना हो तो व्यक्ति पर ध्यान देना हमारा एकमात्र लक्ष्य है। विश्व में शांति स्थापित करना हमने भी संसद का निर्माण का सपना देखा है। मैं चाहता हूं कि संसद के निर्माण में आप सभी मेरा सहयोग करें ताकि हम मानव जाति को बचाए रख सके। विश्व में शांति होगी तभी हम महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों पर ध्यान दे पाएंगे। सभी देश अपनी जनों से बाहर निकल कर एक जगह खट्टा हो कर सोचेंगे। तभी प्रगति का विनाश रुक पाएगा। अन्यथा तो लेती। नाश हो जाएगा और मानव जाति का विनाश निश्चित है।
संदेश प्रति हमारी जननी हमें पद्धति के नियमों की पालना करनी चाहिए। अगर हम प्रगति के नियमों की पालना नहीं करेंगे तो हम सभी का विनाश निश्चित है। अगर हम चाहते हैं, जीवित रहना तो हमें प्रकृति के नियमों का पालन करना होगा। अन्यथा हम सब मारे जाएंगे।
