Every society has its own rules. These rules are made by the people living in the society. These rules maintain discipline in the society. A good society is that which leads its people on the path of progress. Some people must have been troubled by the rules made in the society. But these rules are beneficial for all or the rest of the society.Society also imposes punishment on those who do not follow these rules. These punishments do not mean that the society wants to punish its people. Rather, he cannot even allow his people to violate the rights of other people. Therefore, there should be a system of punishment in every society.A good society is one that determines punishment without discrimination. हर समाज के अपने नियम होते हैं। यह नियम समाज में रहने वाले लोगों ही बनाते हैं। इन नियमों से समाज में अनुशासन बना रहता है। एक अच्छा समाज वही होता है जो अपने लोगों को तरक्की की राह पर ले जाए। समाज में बनें नियम से कुछ लोगों को तकलीफ जरूर होती होगी। लेकिन यह नियम समाज के सभी या बाकी लोगों के लिए फायदेमंद होते हैं।समाज इन नियमों को नहीं पालने वाले पर दंड भी लगाता है। इन दंड का मतलब यह नहीं कि समाज अपने लोगों को दंडित करना चाहता है। वरन वह अपनी लोगों को दूसरे लोगों के अधिकारों का हनन भी नहीं करने दे सकता। इसलिए हर समाज में दंड की व्यवस्था होनी ही चाहि
