मानव शरीर एक गंदगी का पुतला है और कुछ नहीं। जन्म के बाद से ही मानव के जीवन में सुख और दुखों का उतार-चढ़ाव आता रहता है। जन्म के बाद ही शुरू होता हैजीवन का असली खेल जब एक बच्चा जन्म लेता है तो उसकी सारी जिम्मेदारी मां के ऊपर होती है। जैसे उसे दूध पिलाना और भी कई जरूरतें होती है। एक बच्चे की जो उसकी मां पूरी करती है। संसार का खूबसूरत लम्हा वह होता है। जब एक मां अपने बच्चे को स्तनपान करवाती है। जब उसका खून अपने बच्चों की प्यास बुझाने के लिए उसकी छाती से दूध बनकर बाहर आता है। यह जीवन का सबसे सुखद पल है। इसके अनुसार जीवन श्रेष्ठ है। यह एक पहलू देखा हमने अब दूसरे पहलू पर विचार करते हैं।जब कोई मां अपने बच्चे को जन्म देने के बाद मर जाती है और उस बच्चे को दूध पिलाने वाला कोई नहीं।क्या उस बच्चे का जीवन श्रेष्ठ है, वह बच्चा आखिर कब तक जीवित रहेगा वह जब तक रोता रहेगा जब तक मौत उसे अपनी गोदी में नहीं लिख बैठा ले?
